Anna Gurnhill
As Senior Active Living Officer for the Heart Foundation, Anna works with local councils, industry practitioners and local communities across the country to support walkable built environments for heart health.
Anna is a cultural geographer by trade, and brings to her current role an extensive background in active transport and cycle tourism. Anna established and coordinated the ACT Government's Active Travel Office. She has since worked within all levels of government as well as in private consultancy firms, collaborating with colleagues in a range of cross-disciplinary fields to achieve outcomes that enable more Australians to be physically active as part of their everyday lives.
