He explores alternative funding sources and creative asset management to provide policymakers with options. Simon prioritises repurposing and avoiding unnecessary infrastructure. Amid rising community expectations and population growth, the team are planning for adaptation to climate change threats, using technology to do more with less. Collaborating with leading industry experts, they've pioneered integrated end-to-end asset management systems that address climate change risks. Simon collaborates closely with elected officials and executives to create a realistic, sustainable community-focused asset plan.
