Mike Brearley
Mike Brearley is a highly experienced local government engineer and manager who has an extensive background in asset management, finance, strategy and project delivery. Mike is a registered civil engineer with a First Class Honours degree, along with management qualifications.
Mike has been consulting for over 12 years for Councils across regional and rural NSW, following an extensive career as a senior officer in Local Government. Mike currently works closely with several Councils across regional and rural NSW to optimise their asset management and service delivery, and understands the challenges associated with ageing infrastructure, limited funding and lack of resources.
